Coming Together Session @ £0.00
(Telephone - 30 mins)
I offer a free 30 minute ‘coming together’ session via Telephone; which gives you the time to ask as many questions as you like, and for me to take a brief assessment.

 

Coming Together Session Trial Session @ £30.00
(Face to Face or Online - 50 mins)

Alternatively, we can meet face to face at my clinic in Rainham, Kent, or Online for 50 minutes for a small trial fee of £30.00.

​This session also allows us time to explore what’s going on for you, talk openly about your hopes and expectations, explore the space, and determine if you feel comfortable with me and the setting — which is incredibly important in this work.

Individual Talking Therapy Sessions @ £65.00
These sessions are 50 minutes long, and take place within my practice in Rainham, Kent, or Online.

 

Walk and Talk Therapy

Individual Walk and Talk Sessions @ £70.00

My Walk and Talk sessions are 60 minutes long, in order to accommodate different paces and routes.
I use a number of thought out routes, in the open countryside, which we can explore at our coming together session.

EDMR Therapy
 

EMDR Assessment and Preparation – £70.00 
The first one or two sessions are 60 mins long, and are about getting to know you, understanding your world, and planning how we’ll work together using EMDR.

EMDR Sessions – £70.00 
Ongoing sessions are 60 min, and are guided by the plan we create together, helping you work through difficult experiences, overwhelming emotions, or challenging patterns.
