Coming Together Session @ £0.00
I offer a free 30 minute ‘coming together’ session via Telephone; which gives you the time to ask as many questions as you like, and decide if I’m the right fit for you.
It also allows us time to explore what’s going on for you, and for you to talk openly about your hopes and expectations.

Individual Therapy Session @ £60.00
These sessions are 50 minutes long, and take place within my practice in Sittingbourne, or via Zoom.
Individual Walk and Talk Session @ £65.00
My Walk and Talk sessions are 60 minutes long, in order to accommodate different paces and routes.
I use a number of thought out routes, in the open countryside, which we can explore at our coming together session.

Fees
I also offer a limited number of concessionary rates for Trainee Counsellors, and clients where the full fee may be a barrier for accessing counselling.
