If you've read about my background, you’ll know that before counselling, I worked as a florist. I’ve always had a deep love for colour, the changing seasons, and our unique British weather.

My business name, Green Shed, reflects this connection; it’s my personal safe space, where I sit, reflect, and enjoy watching the beauty of nature unfold.

When I’m outdoors, I find peace in letting my mind quieten, and I began to wonder how this could benefit others. Especially for those who feel uncomfortable sitting in a therapy room, or who find it hard to prioritise their own well-being.

That’s when I created Walk and Talk Therapy. Together, we’ll take a walk through the natural beauty of our countryside, with the same therapeutic conversation you’d have in a traditional setting. It’s a chance to breathe, reflect, and feel supported in a more relaxed environment.

Walking therapy has many benefits - it can help you feel calmer, boost your mood, reduce anxiety and stress, encourage better sleep, and even make it easier to engage in physical activity.

60-Minute Individual Walk and Talk Sessions - £70.00

I’ve carefully chosen various routes through the open countryside, which we’ll explore together during our first session. We’ll also plan for alternatives in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.
 

Sessions last 60 minutes, allowing for different walking paces. Some clients prefer to take their time, while others enjoy a brisk walk. Either way, the focus is on you and what feels right.​​
