My core model of therapy is Person-Centred Therapy, and what drew me to this approach during my training was its gentleness. It’s soft, simple, unchallenging, and above all, safe.
While this person-centred foundation remains at the heart of my work, I firmly believe that each person is unique. That’s why I adopt an integrative approach to therapy.
In practice, this means I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, tailoring my work to suit your individual needs.
I see our work together as providing you with a safe and confidential space—one where you can express yourself freely and openly.
This is a space where you’ll feel truly heard, accepted, and where you can simply be yourself.
I also view our therapeutic relationship as a shared journey, where we will explore what’s troubling you in a creative and collaborative way.
As we move forward together, through your own perspective and words, I’ll support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
